I was treated very well
Given that it was an emergency appointment I was booked in promptly and I was called in for treatment very quickly. A very brief wait and I was called in on time. I was treated very well by people who obviously care and are good at what they do. I felt totally comfortable and at ease and I am very satisfied with my treatment.

Friendly and welcoming
Attended for an inspection.
Dental staff are friendly and welcoming. Very clear information given regarding areas of mouth being checked at each stage. Findings were very clearly described; dentist used a mirror to show exactly what she was describing.
She advised me on areas that were good and where / how l could improve the care of my teeth and gums. She also gave my teeth a quick clean; wasn’t expecting that, but a welcome addition to the inspection.
