An emergency appointment to refit a crown. Dentist running late but I was kept informed by reception staff. Dentist was excellent.

Greeted by a welcoming reception team promptly. Waiting area was quiet warm and comfortable. Treatment staff very welcoming and caring throughout my consultation visit. Able to make my next annual appointment before leaving which was convenient for me. Overall a very good experience.
