Made me feel at ease
Was very nervous when I went in and sat in the waiting room but as soon as the dentist called me in she made me feel at ease and spoke to me the whole way through and process was very easy and relaxed

Very gentle
I visited the dental practice today for a deep clean, due to gum disease & wasn't looking forward to it. However, I saw Eloise Bone for the first time & she explained everything she was going to do & allowed time for any questions I might have. I came out & can honestly say Eloise was very gentle & told me everything she intended to do with little discomfort. I hope Eloise carries out my next treatment in 3 months time!
