Absolutely lovely people.

Was in pain, the receptionist was superb, got me in as an emergency. Mr Peach as usual did the deed without incurring any more pain, thank you very much.

Mr Peach is so patient with me as I am nervous, but he always puts me at ease. The treatment is excellent.

I’ve never felt so comfortable going to the dentist. I never went for years because of my fear. Best of all John doesn’t want to see me for 18months. Thumbs up to you all.

I turned up without an appointment to ask advice re a dental problem. I was seen within 10 minutes and had my concerns promptly addressed by Mr Peach. He was friendly and efficient and furnished me with the information I requested. Very impressed with the speed I was seen at such short notice.

I was so scared for the appointment with Kendra but she was kind and efficient. She managed the time effectively and completely put me in her hands and I felt safe.

My wife and I received excellent attention. Also we were given good advice on caring for our teeth and suggestions on additional services available that are of benefit.

I needed an urgent appointment as I had lost a filling and was worried the tooth would break and I was going abroad. The triage in my opinion isn’t fully working as there are urgent treatments needed that don’t always have pain or abscess, this was my case but despite saying why it was urgent for me, I was dismissed as not urgent. However, I was later offered a cancellation for the next day and was sorted before my holiday. I am grateful to the reception that gave me that appointment. At my appointed time I arrived to find the dentist was behind schedule, I wasn’t worried about this at all. However, Beatrice was really kind, came and explained the delay and apologised. She then gave me a glass of water. My overall visit was great, my tooth got sorted quickly and painlessly. The dentist I saw was very nice and she attended to me as quickly as she could. All in all I would recommend this practice but would suggest an overhaul of the triage to take into consideration just what can be classed as urgent and not just if you’re in pain. My own condition affects my facial bones so if I need treatment it’s needed quickly so I don’t have to have the tooth removed as this could end up with the jaw bone going necrotic and therefore have to have that necrosis removed as well.

Appointment on time and treatment efficiently completed, highly satisfied.

OK eating a hot cross bun bit something hard and the unthinkable happened, yes I have a false front tooth which had decided to break off the one at the side of it, Not a pretty sight. Well so you know it's not easy to get in the dentist they are very busy. So oh dear I will have to not smile and see if that works. Anyway you picture the scene so I decided to ring and hope for the best. Hay presto 4 days later (there was a weekend in the middle) I can now smile again.
I have got to thank the receptionist (sorry forgot to get her name) she was on the ball and very understanding. Also Mr Peach that worked his wonders to get it sorted so I could smile again. Thank you both of you.

Saw my usual dentist John, as always he was great, made me feel relaxed and checked my teeth thoroughly.

Knowledgable but not pushy.Really lovely manner.
