An efficient, effective and skilful experience
This was my first experience with Dr John P. Although I had to wait 7 weeks for this appointment, I am very pleased with the job done on this occasion . I would have given a 5 star rating, if I didn't have to wait so long for the appointment.

I've seen Sarah now since before covid at Crystal Peaks Dental Centre, never had any problems and usually get seen in really good time. Couldn't fault the service provided.

Was reassured...made comfortable for an emergency extraction of a problem abscess tooth & given good pre/post instruction. Good extraction...lovely dentist & nurse.

Arrived for my appointment and saw dentist, ( Sara Plumb ) on time, excellent manner from both Sara and her assistant. Both friendly and professional throughout treatment. Excellent treatment and care.

Excellent level of service
Had a standard check up from my dentist, Sarah Plumb. As usual, she was extremely thorough & explained everything in detail including highlighing some areas of concern by using a mirror. The bad news is that Sarah will not be carrying out my next routine check up; the good news is that she will be on maternity leave !!

Excellent service by my dentist she is always polite, cheerful and puts me at ease straight away. The work she has done on me today was painless and no blood which is a first! She is the best dentist I have ever had.
