Crystal Peaks Dental Centre - My recent appointment
Staff and treatments good and glad to have the privilege of an NHS dentist, but the form filling is ridiculous. I’m fed up of writing the same stuff every time I go rather than just seeing my details and clicking ‘yes, all details correct’. It’s such a monotonous task. Also not happy that I’ve had to pay up front for treatment that I’m not getting until another 3 months. I should have had to pay for my treatment today and then pay for my next treatment when I received it.

An impressive dentist
A long wait time to get an appointment on this occasion which was quite unusual - However Mr Peach is an impressive dentist, skilful, decisive and efficient as well as pleasant whilst working.

From ringing the surgery in pai and being helped to see my dentist John Peach all in 24 hours very acceptable the receptionists were polite caring and helpful
