Emergency appointment

Phoned at 8am and got an emergency appointment for 12.30.. Frances Collet was the dentist I saw and she was brilliant. She explained what the problem, it was a fractured tooth and had to be removed. I didn't feel a thing. Nothing. And after the removal she gave me advice on what not to eat for a few days after while it healed. I can't praise her enough. Thank you.

Emergency repair to front tooth

Needed small filling on broken front tooth. Called in yesterday and was given an appointment for this afternoon. Very happy with my treatment at your practice.

I was pleased that I received a cancellation appointment and that I quickly got a reply confirming this appointment. Sarah did a very thorough check-up and took 2 X-rays. She was very pleasant and understood my problem and letter from Charles Clifford Hospital. Overall a pleasant visit.

Never had a issue with here.
Due to issues many years ago (not with here) I have always been nervous of going, more so when Mr Haper retired, but can honestly Sarah is absolutely amazing. Having to have treatment for the first time in well over 15years I was very nervous of having treatment again after so long and it not being Mr Harper.
I can honestly say hands down that Sarah made me feel relaxed, talked to me throughout a procedure and I can away wondering why I had stressed so much.
A massive thank you and can't recommend her enough and they have always been brill.
