My family and I have been coming to the surgery for over 14 years. We always receive excellent service from Dentist Peach and the team. It is assuring for my children to have had a consistent dentist throughout their childhood and into their teenage years.

Review of emergency appointment
I was in terrible pain and attended on an emergency appointment to see Sarah plum. I need for canal on a tooth. Sarah did what she could today and I paid the fee for today's visit of £26.80.
I was told I needed another appointment with my own dentist to complete the treatment.
I was then told I needed to pay an additional £73.50 before the appointment could be booked. The next available date was 23rd May, over 7wks away.
I don't agree with having to pay this amount for an appointment so far away and also it has left me short this month.
I'm lucky I had this money to pay up front or I wouldn't have been able to book my follow up

The hygienist was professional.
The advice on oral hygiene was thorough.
The dental staff were courteous and explained the treatment thoroughly.

I attended the practice on Wednesday 27th March for a routine check up with Sarah Plumb. As always I received excellent treatment and care. Sarah is one of the best dental technicians I have ever been registered with. She always takes time to explain what’s happening. Visiting the dentist cannot be described as a pleasure but all of the staff help make it less stressful. Fully recommended. Thanks.

Root canal
I came today for a root canal filling , although I was nervous as I have never had one of these types of fillings.
The dentist made me feel comfortable and she talked through every stage of my treatment explaining everything. She was very gentle.The dentist was also assisted by a lovely lady who was very professional and seemed interested about my treatment .
Overall my experience was very good.
