I approached this appointment with trepidation having never seen a hygienist before and my appointment was for an hour which horrified me, but I needn't have worried Kendra put me at ease the moment I entered the room. She explained everything to me, talking through the different procedures and telling me what she was doing throughout my treatment and giving me some useful advice. I left feeling much more relaxed and reassured I could phone if I had any problems. Thank you Kendra.

It was a great experience from start to finish. The receptionist was friendly. My appointment was on time. Hawa (I'm sorry if I got the spelling wrong) was the dental associate and Emma the dental nurse. They were both lovely.
Hawa explained the procedures fully. She also told me what was happening when, what to expect, and continually checked that I was okay to continue. There were a couple of hitches with the equipment but both Hawa and Emma handled them smoothly. Hawa took great care over the work she did, she was as gentle as possible. Emma also took great care. Hawa thanked me for my cooperation and thanked Emma during the work. I feel that Emma was efficient in assisting Hawa. They seemed to work well as a team, but this is unsurprising given that they are soft spoken lovely people and clearly care about what they do. So far the work seems brilliant. I'm returning to have the last of the work done, and I am very happy that the appointment is with Hawa, and, I hope, Emma. The receptionist was very helpful when I booked the next appointment. Thank you all for making my dental visit so positive.
