Julia was great, she put me at ease straight away. Very professional. Informing me what she was doing throughout treatment. I have seen her a few times now and each time has been the same. The dental nurse with Julia was also friendly and professional, didn't catch her name.

Abigail is a credit to Naylors dental surgery, my teeth are in poor condition, she doesn’t judge and advises the steps I need to take to try to prolong what I have left very well, the work I have had done by Abigail has been excellent.

Offered root canal treatment but declined as I had trouble with the tooth 2 years ago and didn’t want to go through the pain again so I had it removed, the dentist and assistant worked for one and a quarter hours to remove the tooth .5 days later still in pain, but that’s to be expected.

Had an excellent appointment today. Needed a temporary filling swapped but the tooth was in poor repair. I had different options explained to me so I could make an informed choice of what to do. Then the work was carried out meticulously but quickly and the desired outcome was achieved. Overall professional yet friendly.

Great customer service
Chipped my tooth & was expecting to have to wait 2 or 3 weeks. To my surprise, I got an appointment for the next day. Welcomed at reception, booked in and after a short wait I was lead to the treatment room. Another great welcome by the dentist & the tooth was filled with no pain and everything was fully explained throughout the procedure. Great treatment from the dentist & her assistant.
