Staff are fantastic
I only got an emergency appointment on the 5th time of trying despite calling the second the phone line opened each occasion. It is a really frustrating situation, however I fully appreciate that this is not the fault of the staff taking the calls, it is a little irritating however that private patients can be accommodated much quicker? My experience however when I attend the surgery is faultless, all staff are extremely friendly and I find the dentists are always fantastic, taking the time to explain any treatment needed and carrying out any treatment with a great deal of care.

Hygienist Review.
Before, during and after treatment, the hygienist discussed the procedure, Post treatment I was advised about continuing dental hygiene. Treatment itself was thorough and painless. Would highly recommend.

Arrived 10 minutes before my appointment, greeted by friendly staff, waited 20 minutes before being called. Staff apologetic for the delay.
Health review checked, along with my teeth. No concerns expressed.
Review in 6 months, appointment booked and confirmed by staff.
