A same day appointment.

I was pleased to be able to receive a same day appointment. Reception staff are helpful and friendly. Dental practitioner and assistant very thorough and advisory, made me feel very comfortable and at ease.

I can’t remember the name of the dentist we saw (apologies), but he was amazing with my son. My son is autistic and has learning difficulties and the dentist we saw made things so easy. He spoke directly to my son, he engaged with him and was so understanding. A lot of the time, medical professionals speak to me as if my child isn’t there, but he fully engaged with my child, added humour and spoke directly to him. Anxiety lifted immediately and we managed to leave without any meltdowns. Very thankful.

Excellent quick service

Went in on an emergency appointment, brilliant, quick service, was petrified after 28 years plus of not going to the dentist but was at ease within minutes, lovely friendly staff, will use regularly if possible, thank you for today.

I like this dentist. They have always been very responsive and the new manager sorted out an issue I had, promptly and professionally. I recently had Airflow treatment done which is basically a thorough clean and scale to remove staining. My teeth look much brighter and even in colour and no stains. I wish they would have warned have me that it can irritate sensitive teeth though as I would have prepared my teeth with sensitive toothpaste before the treatment. I sometimes find it difficult to get through on the phone and have given up before!

Deep Clean

My visit was excellent, had a deep clean, was taken care of in a very professional manner. Everything explained to me and great care taken. I had a very pleasant time with the staff who were extremely caring and even had a laugh with me which made a great difference. I must say the staff I see at the practice are all very very nice, thank you to all. Also thank you to Amy for taking the time to come see me to speak to me about biopsies she sent me for. Very caring and professional lady. I would highly recommend any of these staff and the practice.

Excellent service and professionalism

I thought the service I received over the 6+ weeks course was excellent. The work was carried out in a manner that was professional yet friendly. All points raised within the treatment were delivered with respect and clear but not patronising.

Emergency appointment

Came through 111 as emergency, the staff were all amazing, being a nervous patient they helped me feel calm and at ease from the reception lady, to the dentist and the dental nurse all were amazing and so friendly.
