Pleasant and courteous
111 had arranged an urgent dental appointment on a Saturday morning. I arrived a few minutes early. I was greeted pleasantly and courteously by the receptionist. She answered my question and told me who I would see. Just before my appointment time, Bilal called me to his surgery. He confirmed my details and the reason for my attendance. After a thorough examination he told me what the choices were. He told me the pros and cons of each choice. We decided on a course of action. He gave me a prescription to treat my dental abscess infection. He advised me to contact my dentist on the Monday which I did. He was pleasant and courteous throughout.

Dental procedure
I am a very nervous patient and as usual Victoria was very patient and put me at ease. She worked at my pace. Highly recommend if anyone is like me and a total wimp at the dentist.

Positive Experience
I had a very positive dental experience with Victoria recently. I do not like dentist appointments but Victoria was very supportive and also very kind and gentle. I was very pleased with her work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.
