Excellent service from dental hygienists!
I cannot thank the two women who did my procedure this morning enough! I was very anxious about the procedure and both staff made me feel as comfortable as I could be even though I’m sure it wouldn’t have been quicker/easier not to be as attentive as they were!
They did the procedure as swiftly as they could, explained every step of the procedure as they did it and regularly checked whether I was ok and whether I needed a break. Thank you for making it as pleasant as possible and really making the effort to make sure I was ok!

Excellent work by Julia as always.
Appointment was on time, efficient and achieved a positive outcome.
Julia explained everything and gave appropriate advice. She listens and answers questions. She illustrated her dental points through use of X-rays. Reassuring and perfect.

Very good service with Amy as always. My disappointment is with the practice, finding out my son had been taken off the NHS with no notification from the practice at all after having been with the practice for over 30 years as a family.

A comfortable explanation
I wasn’t looking forward to this appointment as I get nervous nowadays. I thought I would have to have a complete filling as had lost a bit from a tooth but told by Julia this wasn’t the case and that I would just need a basic one without injection. Julia was very informative throughout and put me at ease all the time explaining what she was doing. In the past I’ve not had good experiences with younger newer dentists and this completely put me off this practice but Julia was great.

Great experience
Lovely experience. Dentist was lovely and welcoming and talked through what she was doing. The receptionists were great. The receptionist that saw me after was so lovely and friendly and a credit to the practice.
