Courteous and efficient Reception Staff. Dentist and Assistants were caring, unnderstanding and took time to, not only listen to what dental issues I presented, but also to explain their findings on examination of my teeth and X-rays, and perhaps more importantly, clearly explained the treatment plan. They were very accommodating, managing to magic up an appointment within a few days time, to fit in with my holiday travel plans! Very efficient service. Thank you.

Very understanding

Very anxious at the dentist but the hygienist was very understanding and explained every step keeping me calm. No need to have worried. She ensured I was not in pain. Very good.

Reassured me

The dentist and the dental nurse were very professional. Spoke kindly to me and reassured me when I was feeling discomfort and made sure to put my feelings and comfort at the first and foremost of their service. Actually leaving not being in pain stood out to me as I had been in excruciating pain for over a week.
