Very pleasant staff

Arrived just before my appointment time and was seen more or less straightaway. Very pleasant staff. The only issue is parking but that is beyond the surgery’s control.

Excellent care and workmanship. All the staff are polite and efficient. The thing that lets the practice down for me is all the instruments in the treatment rooms are tired and shabby especially the lights to illuminate the mouth.

What stands out for me is the professionalism, good quality service and attitude of the staff. The attention that is given to my overall health of my teeth. I am pleased with it.

Lovely friendly practice

Always put at ease when I go, I've never liked going to the dentist through a bad experience as a child. Told exactly what is happening and what needed to be done next. Lovely friendly practice.

I felt relaxed

Everyone I dealt with from the moment I entered the practice to when I left, were friendly, helpful, and efficient. During the procedure the dentist explained everything as they went along and made me feel at ease. I felt relaxed and confident that I was in good hands. The dentist and dental nurse worked well as a team. I felt that whatever this dentist does is thorough and in your own interest.

Patient with my little boy

Very professional staff put you at ease right from walking through the doors through to seeing the dentist. The dentist was very good and patient with my little boy making it easy for his examination.
