Very grateful
The dentist listened to me and allowed me time to talk, looked at all my health issues not just my teeth and made me feel relaxed and made me feel like I was able to express myself and my concerns. On interventions, the dentist and others in the room comforted me and reassured me I’m doing well during the procedures, ensuring if I was in pain I was able to inform them. Dentist explained payment options and explained which one would be more beneficial. On asking questions, Dentist was very helpful and made me feel able to ask all questions and inquiries regarding my teeth, very understanding and supportive that I felt like I haven’t been looking after my teeth as best as possible currently, they were not judgmental at all. The receptionist was very kind and helpful, they found appointments which were available with the same dentist and on paying, offered which may be better for me. Very grateful and happy with my service with all professions and feel more at ease for the next coming appointments. Thank you.

Excellent
The service received was excellent, sorted an appointment out for me on the day at a time that allowed me to travel from Scotland, kept in contact whilst I was travelling to see how I was going. When I arrived the reception staff were very friendly and polite, very nice people and was helpful throughout appointment.

An appointment the next day
The reception staff were very helpful and got me an appointment the next day as I was having a problem with my jaw. The dentist put me at ease as soon as I walked through the door, I felt confident with the way he dealt with the problem and his advice on the matter.
