Caring and kind
I am so grateful for the emergency appointment given to me on Friday 20th Oct I phoned first thing and was seen at 12.30. I feared an abscess and was extremely anxious as was due to have long awaited hip replacement the following Monday. The dentist I saw was not my usual dentist but was friendly, approachable and very professional, dealt with the problem straight away, he knew my concerns that it would affect my hip replacement. Thanks for the prompt caring treatment, sadly I have to wait for my surgery till I’ve recovered from my abscess but I’m grateful for quick treatment in the circumstances. Many thanks to reception and the dentist and dental nurse, I have to return soon for further treatment which was discovered at the same appointment although the most important issue was dealt with and I am starting to feel better, I can’t praise this dental surgery enough, every visit I make, the staff are friendly, caring and kind.
