More than pleased with the service
We, like many, had appointments cancelled due to covid, then when we got in it felt like we were rushed through and not properly looked at. This time, however, we did, the dentist had a lot of time and advice for my daughter, which has helped us immensely and the same for me. I was more than pleased with the service we received this time. We used to see the same person every six months but have had different ones the last 3/4 times but it would be nice to have the continuity of seeing the same dentist each time.

I got to my appointment 10 minutes early and was asked to take a seat the receptionist was polite . I was sat 30 mins pasted my appointment time and watched other patients come and go . I thought I'd been forgotten then I was called . The dentist was friendly and was very patient, things went fine . So apart from the delay the overall experience was good .

Very warm and sincere experience
Everything! From reception staff, to the nurses to the dentists - a very warm and sincere experience, thank you so much from someone who has a real phobia of the dentist.
My dentist is always particularly friendly, he remembers my wider family and always puts me at ease. You should be so proud of your staff.
