My first visit at this dentist after searching for a NHS dentist for a long time.
From the minute I walked through the door I felt welcomed. I was put at ease with the dentist and was given a thorough checkup.
Very friendly staff which makes all the difference.

Efficient and effective
I broke a tooth whilst at work, phoned for an appointment and managed to get in today. The dentist I saw, a bespectacled gentleman, had excellent communication skills and put me at ease right away. He was informative, efficient and extremely competent. He managed to fix the tooth and ensured things were correct and felt right before explaining what future options there were, if I were to experience the same issues again. The dental nurse who was with him was also efficient and effective. Things were ready when the dentist asked for them she provided ongoing support to the dentist and myself whilst the work was completed. I left them very impressed with the skill and professionalism they had both shown. I’m afraid I can’t recall his name. Shame, I would have liked him as my regular dentist. Keep up the good work, it makes a real difference both of you!
Shame it’s so difficult to book a routine checkup with the diabolical phone appointment system.

I have a phobia of the dentist after a bad experience but Ali the dentist I saw on Monday was absolutely amazing with me, he was very calm and patient and has even offered to do my next appt even though it should have been with the hygienist!
