First of all my appoinment was late. Secondly, I had teeth cleaning and a polish for just under 10 minutes, really? I had this before in a different clinic and it at least takes 30 minutes to do it properly! So I paid £80 for a 10-minute cleaning of my teeth, what a waste of money! Will never come back there!

I am an anxious patient following a bad experience elsewhere which caused a lot of pain for a long time. I now only come to see Bilal at Dinnington Dental Practice, and he makes sure I feel like I know what’s going on, checks in to ensure I am happy, and the work he does is always fantastic.

Dentist friendly and immediately but me at ease. Good rapport and excellent communication throughout consultation. Explained everything in detail. Kept me informed what she was doing and why. Not only talked me through areas of concern but highlighted them on the X-ray on screen so I could see and understand. Explained things that had never been mentioned before.
