The actual seeing of the dentist is always OK once you get there. But.... We make appointments and they just get cancelled out of the blue. No one ever offers an alternative. When you ring it takes ages to get through. Then there is the lovely receptionists. Most things are too much trouble for them. They just seem to look down at you. Then making an appointment is another task. Again they look down at you because you can't get in through the day because my children are at school and we won't take them out to go. They also sigh because both myself and my wife work so again can't get in through the day. They just say well your dentist doesn't work that late. No alternative.

Both ladies were lovely
Both my daughters were seen today & both said that theyve never felt so comfortable at a dentist. Uma was fantastic at putting them at ease and explained everything thoroughly. Both ladies were lovely. The office was warm & comfortable. All in all a really good experience, thank you, as my youngest daughter is normally very anxious.

Amy the Dentist was lovely but I felt bad I made her late because of the Tablets we had to fill in at the desk.
It made the Reception full trying to do Tablets, pay and ask for appointments, which made it very busy in a small space. I did not finish my information about my Medication as I was trying to hurry and couldn't remember it all. I am sure it was easier when we wrote it down.

Really good dentist. I had a tooth pulled a few years ago at another dentist and it was a bad experience. This time was totally different. Matthew was brilliant, very friendly and thorough. The extraction was quick and painless and he even let me keep my tooth.
