Helpful and genuinely interested
The dental practitioner who saw me was very helpful and genuinely interested, providing me with options available to me regarding the removal of my wisdom tooth.
The only negative was the two-month wait for the appointment in the first place but I have to say Heidi, the lady I spoke to on the phone in April, was very professional and apologetic about the length of time to get my appointment.

Very good and very professional
The receptionist was polite and friendly.
The dentist's assistant welcomed me and showed me in.
The dentist listened to my toothache problem and took an X-ray. He studied the X-ray and suggested a particular course of treatment. I agreed. He then drilled out access to a chamber which was full of decay. He cleaned it out and filled it accordingly. The procedure took less than 10 minutes.
Finally, he advised me on the way forward and suggested I revisited the surgery in the near future for a check-up.
The dentist and assistant were very good and very professional.

The receptionist was very lovely and welcoming and was able to help me when I was potentially going to be late due to heavy traffic, all the ladies that work on reception are all brilliant. The dentist appointment was very fast and efficient, I had the initial assessment and then had a clean. The only problem I have is I used to get a clean and polish but since covid I only get a clean.
