Treatment is first rate

The friendliness and professionalism of the staff is second to none; the treatment is first rate. The only thing that spoils the process (and prevents a 5 star rating) is having to wait two months between check up and treatment starting.

Talked me through my options

The receptionist was polite.
Although the dentist was late he apologised.
He talked me through my options for the filling and talked about the general health of my teeth. He was very polite

Friendly staff at reception and in the surgery too but I find it very disappointing to have to wait three months for an appointment to replace a lost crown, far too long to wait as it's very noticeable.

Lovely practice

Lovely, friendly staff, Nice clean environment. My dentist is lovely and is always on time. I used to be really anxious about coming to the dentist but not anymore thanks to this lovely practice. Thank you.

Always at ease when I come here

Everyone from the receptionist to the dentist and his assistant were polite and professional. Not keen on going to the dentist but always at ease when I come here.
