Consultation went well

Everyone, consultation went well, dentist Mr Karan spot on, shame he doesn't like spiders which I sorted out for him and took outside, he was more nervous about spider than I was being there.

Brilliant practice

Really good service provided, my dentist Amy was running to time and did a very thorough check up! But equally when other patients was arriving I heard the receptionist make them aware there dentist had ran behind! One patient was extremely rude about this to the receptionist, like it was her fault or like the dentist wanted to fall behind, which will have a knock on affect for the rest of there day to catch up or working through there lunch. I think we all need to be grateful and remember we are very lucky to still have NHS dentists in our area! And be more understanding about waiting times as we wouldn’t moan or kick off in hospitals or at the GP. Brilliant practice, never had any issue other than a bit of a wait for appointments. Which can’t be helped and even then reception tired to help and said she could try and get a dentist to give me a call if they get chance.
