My experience
The standard of service in the treatment room is very professional and first class. However, the booking system still needs sorting out so that I can book my next appointment in advance. This has been a backward step.

Absolutely fantastic
Absolutely fantastic, all friendly staff & managed to get me in as an emergency as I was in agony all Christmas. Dr Chuen was brilliant at getting me sorted.

Seen the next day
Had to ring 111 as I came down with horrendous toothache during Christmas. I was seen the next day and was quickly diagnosed with a tooth abscess, given a prescription and as it’s my own dentist, an urgent referral for a tooth extraction at the hospital was requested.

Excellent from start to finish
Excellent from start to finish. The dentist Aadam was professional and very understanding and explained everything in detail and to be honest I thought I may end up losing the tooth however I now have a crown fitted that looks good and fits perfectly.

Clear and easy to understand
Wasn't waiting to be seen very long. Advice and explanation for my symptoms very clear and easy to understand. I was put at ease throughout the whole appointment and treatment provided was straight forward.
