Good experience with Matthew for a nervous patient
I had a very good experience today. I am a nervous patient with a bad gag reflex. The dentist Matthew Dinsdale was polite, pleasant and very patient. I felt treated with respect.

Thorough and helpful
Suffering with toothache, I called in at the practice this morning and was able to get an appointment for this afternoon. I didn't have to wait long before I was seen. The dentist was very thorough and helpful.

Took great care with my son
Excellent service. Seen with no waiting. Took great care with my son making sure he was happy and comfortable and the same for me, making sure we both knew what was happening. Highly recommend.

Excellent friendly staff, only thing is reception was over full with people filling in on tablets, couldn’t get to pay or make another appointment, both staff were at one end dealing with people all very crowded. Maybe need to queue in the area near the toilet to allow patients coming out to pay.
