Kind and compassionate
Very clean and welcoming environment. The staff were really friendly. The dentist I saw took extra time to sit with me and explain my x-rays and some other questions I had. He was non-judgemental and really kind and compassionate.

I was very impressed
It was the first time I had seen Sam. He was very nice, and gave me some new and valuable advice about my cleaning routine. I also received very thorough, but painless treatment. I was very impressed and will definitely ask to see him again.

My experience
The receptionist, dentist and dental assistant were very polite. The dentist explained everything he was going to do which is particularly helpful to me because I do find I’m a bit anxious when I have to see the dentist.
I had received an email the day before about covid and that we needed to wear a mask or we would be provided with one. Out of about 10 customers I saw there was only me and 1 other customer with a mask on. If it’s no longer mandatory then the email needs rewording and then it is left to customers preference. As it is a health professional I would have no problem if masks were mandatory.

Very pleasant experience
My appointment was kept on time, the staff were very friendly and helpful with the questions I had. Everything was explained to me clearly with potential future problems and solutions outlined. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

My experience
My experience within the dental practice was excellent. Slightly late getting in for my appointment but nothing too major. The treatment was also first class. What I did find extremely annoying was finding myself blocked in by 3 cars when trying to leave. What was even more maddening was when I find that all 3 were members of staff!!!! If I arrived to find no parking spaces I would go elsewhere but they seem to think because they work at the practice it gives them right to block in whoever they chose.

Thank you for your lovely comments regarding the experience in the practice.
Apologies for you being blocked in the car park by 3 staff cars, we do have limited parking at the practice, due to the hours we are open on a Monday and Tuesday our staff do work a 10 hour day and unfortunately it is not practical for them to park elsewhere.

A caring attitude
The dentist was very thorough and has a caring attitude. She made me feel that she was listening to me and responding to my concerns. I think that she is the best dentist that I have been to, and I have every confidence in her abilities.
