The dentist - (Abs?) He was attentive, kind, down to earth, considerate and probably the best dentist we’ve ever seen. He was great with our young children and made the experience very pleasant.

Staff are excellent

Staff are excellent. However, I’m somewhat bemused at not being able to book my next appointment. As I’ve always done this previously I couldn’t understand it. The receptionist wasn’t able to explain it but it transpires that it is not the computer system that is preventing this but a decision not to grant access to the forward planning capabilities of the system. I’m afraid that from a customer point of view, this is a big step backwards and management should consider re-instating this facility as it is very much beneficial for the patient, as are the notifications it provides. Your staff are excellent and the systems should enable them to achieve excellence.

Brilliant experience, I am a nervous patient and I was made to feel comfortable and calm before my treatment and during my treatment . I came out of the practice knowing I will be fine to go back at ant time with no problem. Thank you .
