The overall experience was very good. I've never had a problem with the practice, the friendliness from the reception staff to the dental surgeons are second to none, the only fault I have but I put this down to the back log of the pandemic is that I went in and had a bit of treatment but still not 100% so rang up to be checked out again but couldn't get me back in for another month.

Friendly reception staff, easy to maintain social distancing in waiting room, masks and hand sanitiser available. Dentist and assistant Friendly, wore full ppe. Felt as though all health and safety precautions were being met.

Wonderful staff
Wonderful staff from reception to dental practitioners, hygienists, technicians, students - always explain treatment and ask if you’re comfortable- really good at putting people at ease if you’re feeling a bit anxious- good communication between practitioners and reception staff.

As someone that has a life fear for dentist I have found over the last 2yrs being at this practice I feel almost safe. I have just had root canal treatment and instead of the white knuckles and sweats I almost fell asleep. No pain just can’t believe how easy it was. 10/10.
