Recent dental appointment
Dentist did not introduce himself and we were 3 adults from the same family all called into the surgery together. There was only one chair to sit on whilst one of us was being treated with one of us having to stand. There was no privacy for any of us whilst being treated and each time an X-ray was taken the rest of us had to stand outside.
