Needed an emergency appointment, I must say reception were most unhelpful - after me being on hold for 53 minutes on the phone, I went into the surgery to find none of the 3 people there actually answering any phones and was told to ring 111!
I got an appointment for the following day and the dentist was superb, I had an x-ray and a tooth extraction, he was very kind and gentle and did a fantastic job.

A very positive experience from start to finish. Pleasant environment, kind and professional staff who take time to explain everything and genuinely care about the patient. The treatment was calm and stress-free. I can highly recommend this practice.

My appointment was on time
Cheerful staff on entry (always a good thing), my appointment was on time. Met with a happy, cheerful dentist with a sense of humour (which is also good, nothing worse than grumpy staff)
Always very happy with the dentist I see, she explains everything and understands my sense of humour (which comes out when im nervous)

Gentle & understanding
The dentist that had taken care of me was lovely, very gentle & understanding. Not like my usual dental practice staff. I’m not sure what his name was, but with my details I’m sure you can get his name! I was seen as an urgent patient. Thank you for your amazing service today, sir.

Great experience, had my appointment through 111 as an emergency appointment and left registered with them as we had been trying to get registered with a dentist for years after previous dentist closed during Covid.

Arrived 30 mins early just to make sure I'd have plenty of time and because I was and continue to be in a lot of pain, the dentist looked at one tooth and prescribed antibiotics, even though I had a broken tooth that just needed a quick temporary filling to get me out of pain. When I was asking if he could do that as I can't even close my mouth, let alone eat or drink, he just completely ignored me and then eventually he said there's no time. I was in there for maybe 2 minutes and I arrived early, it's not my problem that he was running behind. I left in pain and tears, honestly, do better

Excellent experience. I felt I was in good hands and was given information to help me understand my options in a way that made sense and left space for questions and clarification. Once a treatment plan was agreed I was also relieved to be able to book all the necessary appointments at once. I'm almost looking forward to going back!
