Friendly and approachable

My appointment was almost on time so waiting time was minimal.
The dentist was friendly and approachable. She took time to explain what she was doing and showed genuine concern that the treatment shouldn’t cause pain.

The young dentist had excellent listening skills. He explained all the options available to me . He was very pleasant and professional.

Dentist was friendly and welcoming

Dentist was friendly and welcoming. Answered any questions and made sure I understood her answer. Only attended for a check up but she was very thorough. Showed a lot of empathy. I felt as though she really cared about my wellbeing.
