Brilliant service
The dental practice was all very well organised. The dentist and her assistant had great customer service skills. I was having a filling and she kept me informed all the way through what was happening and kept checking I was ok. I had a call in the morning to see if I would come to my appointment an hr earlier. Both the dentist and assistant thanked me for changing my appointment. Brilliant service. I will be happy to have that dentist again (sorry I’m not sure of her name).

The hygienist I saw ,Julia, was very caring and solicitous. She kept explaining the procedures and regularly checked I was comfortable. I felt very relaxed and reassured by her. I would be happy to recommend the practice to anyone. The only downside is that follow up appointments are taking longer to arrange but that is because of trying to catch up with the Covid backlog.
