The dentist was very patient
The visit was a check up for myself and 3 children. The dentist was very patient and had a very calming manner with the children. My son usually struggles with certain social situations but the dentist made him feel at ease and we had no problems.

This is the first time I have not been impressed with the practice. I did not enjoy my visit to the hygienist. To be laid flat and have the water treatment felt like bring water boarded. No explanation of this different clean. Bit my lip twice so came out shocked and lip hanging down horrid. Would recommend explaining new treatment especially to elderly patients

Not sure the chaps name who I saw, but he was so lovely, explained what he was going to do putting my mind at ease, explained as he went along and worked quickly the tooth was sorted pretty quickly and for someone who's super nervous this was fantastic, thank you so much.

Myself and my children have been visiting Kar
Fong. He is the most gentle dentist and the nicest person to deal with teeth. My kids always leave with the biggest smiles on their faces.
They have never felt scared or unsure about the visit. Kar explains step by step what he is going to do which is very reassuring for children and parents. We visit regularly and we would never change our dentist.

Comfortable and at ease
I have a severe phobia of dentists however was made to feel really comfortable and at ease. I dont believe that I will ever be in a place where I will be looking forward to an appointment but just not to feel extreme anxiety and physically ill is a big positive
