I managed to get an appointment quickly after breaking a tooth, the dentist then completed some dental work from when COVID caused appointments to be cancelled. The Dentist was very good, she explained everything about the treatment and costs and was very professional. I received a telephone call after a few weeks to see if everything was ok.

So helpful and efficient
Very professional but friendly staff and so helpful and efficient.
I have been scared of the dentist even for a check up for over 20 years and was so worried when I had to have a filling and extraction.
I saw Emma who was amazing and made my experience so much different, she put me at ease and talked me through everything, she has taken away my fear and I am delighted that I no longer dread my visit.
I would 100% recommend the practice and of course Emma to anyone.

Recent dental appointment
It was so obvious the dentist wanted me in and out a.s.a.p. I tried for days to try and get through on the phone but left messages and not one person got back to me. When I was lucky enough to get through they said that they are fully booked, I tried to book an appointment for the following day but they said phone in the morning only, after I explained the situation they managed to fit me in. They shouldn't have bothered as they gave me some antibiotics and explained I would have to see the dentist in 5 weeks time as he will know what to do. I'm still in pain but have to wait until my next appointment. I understand that people are under pressure but I've never been treated as if I'm a burden. The attitude of the dentist was disgusting, when I visit next time with my daughters I will insist that that man will not deal with me or my family again!

Wonderful, compassionate dentist
I have always been incredibly anxious when visiting the dentists and usually bring my Dad along with me (despite being 26!). I recently attended the practice on several occasions for root canal treatment and due to COVID had to come unaccompanied. Amy did a fantastic job at easing my anxiety, continuously checking in with me during treatment and explaining what was happening at each stage. Amy is wonderful, compassionate dentist with fantastic communication skills! I now feel comfortable attending the dentist solo! Thank you very much Amy and thank you to all of the lovely dental nurses who helped along the way!
