Lovely dentist
Polite friendly staff on arrival. Dentists herself was lovely, greeted with a smile, talked through what she was doing and was honest. Clean and tidy environment.

Dental appointment
I booked the appointment online for 9.35 and arrived at 9.25 to be told my appointment was 9.50. I then checked my phone having received an appointment reminder which said 9.35. The receptionist apologised and said she could see I'd booked online but appeared there were 3 appointments coming up for 9.35! She said she would see if anyone else could see me. I was seen by a different dentist at 9.35. Obviously in my case the online booking system did not work, but it was sorted efficiently.

All the staff and wonderful
Doctor Victoria is fantastic and working on my teeth and all the staff and wonderful. I use to hate the dentist but now the dentist isn't a scary place anymore.

Always polite and friendly
The dental receptionists, nurses and dentists are always polite and friendly. The building is smart and always spotlessly clean. Appointments are usually on time.

As I have just moved up from London and have had the same dentist for over 20 years. I must say that the Customer service, politeness, experience, treatment and kindness I've received, I should be in good hands going forward with your dentist practice. So far so good. Keep up the good work.

Friendly, informative
My unusual dentist was unfortunately off sick but I didn't get the message in time for my 9am appointment. I went there and they managed to fit me in with another dentist. She was friendly, informative and calmed me with my fear of visiting the dentist!
