Good care shown by staff
Good care shown by staff, I wasn't seen until 15/20 minutes after my appointment time although I appreciate unexpected problems may arise which delays appointments.

Took time to explain
The Dentist (Jacob) was very friendly and took time to explain and show me clearly my options for treatment. My appointment did not seem rushed which was nice. A later appointment (7.05pm) was great also as I work.

Dental appointment
Had no pain before attending, in agony all weekend, been left with a hole awaiting an extraction which was recommended to be done at hospital in case of complications not me being worried, so now got to be careful in everything I do until extraction is done.
