After having spent whole night with a terrible toothache these guys really took care of me well by putting in a filling until I get my tooth removed and where very friendly and helpful

My service with the dentist and dental nurse was as it should be and have no issues. The issues I have are with reception staff. The last 2 times I have been in I have found some to be rude and abrupt, more interested in chatting and gossiping with each other than giving even good customer service. This week's issue was one of the staff just pushing the tablet in my face to complete, speaking to me like she couldn't wait for me to leave the reception desk when I had just literally walked up, no warm greeting. The tablet wasn't even unlocked for me so as I'm trying to explain that she wasn't listening just saying you can go sit down. One of the other receptionists unlocked it for me.
