Hygienist work was excellent. On booking for a 3 month checkup I was asked to pay for my treatment which I had paid in advance. Just don't understand why you have to pay in advance now on NHS and not after receiving it.

I was particularly pleased to see that as an NHS patient there was no attempt to get me to sign up for private treatment and that I was able to make another appointment easily enough. That’s despite my concerns following emails and letters about my treatment ‘changing’. I’m very happy with it as it is so don’t need it to change.

My teeth look and feel great
I recently had my teeth fillings and check-up done by Dr. Bilal and I couldn’t be happier with the results. He is clearly very experienced, and it really shows in the quality of his work. The whole process was pain-free, smooth, and done with great care. Dr. Bilal is not only highly professional but also very friendly, which instantly put me at ease.
I’m really pleased with the outcome – my teeth look and feel great. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt comfortable throughout.
I would definitely recommend Dr. Bilal to anyone looking for excellent dental care.

Explained my treatment options
I attended the dental surgery but was informed my appointment that I had previously arranged had not been booked. The receptionist managed to get me to see a dentist. Usman the dentist was very professional and put me at ease as I was very nervous following a previous tooth extraction a couple of years ago which caused a dry socket. He reassured me and gave me a thorough examination and explained my treatment options. He has helped me a great deal to build my trust and alleviate my anxieties around my impending dental treatment
