Your recent dental appointment
Paid for
invisalign not happy with it as the dentist left before completing,told I'd have to pay again, sorted that out to be given a pair of dodgy retainers that weren't from invisalign ! Dentist owned up finally got invisalign.my teeth have been left rough from the pegs and uneven in length.The dentistnever leveled out or smoothed my teeth like he should have done as its included in the treatment plan. Asked to speak to the manager on numerous occasions to no avail.I'm now taking it further with invisalign and a solicitor. Shocking to have paid for a £3500 job which is UNFINISHED.The dentist was annoyed with me yet he broke the code of practice and tried to fob me off with a cheaper version of retainers.Disgusting service would not recommend invisalign with this dentist or practice

Dental appointment
Appointment started 20 mins late. Hygienist was very kind and professional. The assistant wasn't as good as they usually are, I had lots of fluid and blood going down back of my throat

Extremely helpful reception staff and as always our dentist Natalie is super efficient and friendly, always puts my kids at ease which is exactly what you need.
