I’ve called about ten times, every time I wait for about five minutes as a caller number two then suddenly forwarded to leave a message for no reason. I haven’t got any reply to my messages. After three days I had to go to the practice to get an urgent appointment. A week later and still the same issue.

Friendly and helpful staff
Excellent service. Friendly and helpful staff regardless of their role within the practice, everyone gives 100%, I'm always confident I'm getting the best experience and advice. I would (and do) recommend you to everyone. By far the best dentist ever been to.

Kept me informed
My appointment time was kept and I didn't have to wait. The surgeon and nurses were very courteous and kept me informed of the procedure. I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout the procedure.

Very much understanding
Had an appointment the same time as my husband, but my husbands appointment had been cancelled on the morning for the second time. We had rearranged work and other appointments yet again to accommodate this. Husband not happy. Explained this to reception who where very much understanding and refunded us straight away.
Emma the dentist was brilliant with me. Chatting and putting me at ease. The extraction wasn't the easiest but she kept me comfortable an calm at all time.
