Immediately put at ease
After loosing a tooth 2 years ago I became reluctant to go back to the dentist. I have had to go back due to a tooth breaking and was very nervous. I had a consultation and was immediately put at ease. I have now had my tooth reconstructed and was made to feel at ease all through the procedure. I will have no worries about going back again.

Satisfied with the treatment
Have been a patient of Dinnington Dental Practice for 26 years now and have always been satisfied with the treatment offered and their administrative procedures. Sometimes, I do have to wait beyond my appointment time, but I suppose this cannot be helped, with the dentist dealing with all manner of issues - some that take longer to sort.

Very polite and helpful
I have used this practice for over 60 years and always been satisfied with the treatment I have received. Pleased I was offered an emergency appointment. The young lady Dentist and the Dental Nurses were very polite and helpful. They have put me a temporary filling in until my next appointment. I cannot thank them enough.

Parking is always a problem, as is appointment time-keeping. I have always sat for longer in the waiting room than in the dentist's chair! That said, I have no complaints about the actual dentistry.

We are a large busy dental practice, so the car park does get busy, we are lucky to have one though, as most dental practice don't have this facility at all. There are plenty of off road parking around the area if you struggle again in the future. We try very hard to keep to appointment times so we're sorry that you have had to wait. We provide magazines and literature in the waiting to make this as pleasant as possible. Thank you once again and we look forward to seeing you again at your next appointment.
