I recently visited Dr. Bilal for a dental cleaning and to fix a slightly loose lower front tooth. The entire experience was excellent.
Dr. Bilal was very professional, gentle, and clearly explained every step of the procedure. The cleaning was thorough yet comfortable, and my teeth felt noticeably smoother and healthier afterwards.
He also stabilized and adjusted my lower front tooth with great precision — it now feels much stronger and looks completely natural. The clinic was clean, modern, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Appointment
I booked a 9am appointment due to my firm work commitments.
The practitioner did not arrive at the surgery and could not be located. After 25 minutes I requested to rearrange the appointment. Patients pay in advance for part of the fee and are not able to cancel within 48 hours, so this seems extremely unjust that an appointment can be late or not take place without notification to the patient.
This was a wasted journey for me and valuable time out of work for me.
I now have to rebook, and the practice still has the payment I made.

A stress free experience

Have being going to Dinnington dental practice for over 20 years.
I have never had an issue until now.
A few weeks ago I booked an online dental appointment, paid the £29.00 deposit and the system stated appointment confirmed.
However I did not get a confirmation email, so I rang them and explained what had happened.
They stated that there was no appointment booked and no deposit paid. I stated to them that I could show them my bank statement to prove it came out.
1 week later the manager called me and stated that it is their fault as there was a problem with the online booking system. She stated the the £29.00 would be refunded in 5 days.
It has been 22 days, I have not received the £29.00 back even though I have rang 5 times in the last week to sort this issue and all I get is I will pass on ur concerns.
They are fast in taking the money out ur account but not fast when paying it back!!!!!!
