Dental appointment
The therapist didn't have a clue how to do the repair, she asked a dentist what to do in front of me, the repair lasted till I touched it with my tongue. As I drive home. Disgusting service

Thank you for your feedback. A dental therapist scope of practice is different to a dentists therefore they take clinical instructions from a dentist which is the correct procedure. You were booked in with one of our therapists and was aware it may be a temporary fix with you going away. Apologies if the treatment failed, this is unfortunate, however pleased it was completed the next day. If you wish to discuss anything further we would welcome this, if not we look forward to seeing you at your next visit.

Recent Appointment
The dentist I was supposed to see was Tim, apparently he left. My appointment got misplaced if you like. Not a problem, I still got seen. The lady what i got to see was excellent. Thank you.

Considerate and helpful
I phoned to make check up appointments rather than online as I wanted to make an appointment for my husband as well. Receptionist who took the call was polite and helpful, arranging appointments with another dentist so we weren't waiting weeks. The dentist was friendly, explained what would happen, considerate and helpful.

I was not rushed and was given the time to get myself ready for the four front extractions I had. The next day I was able to wear my denture. I am so grateful for the care taken.
