First visit to a new dentist (Jacob), he was excellent with an exemplary patient manner. He took plenty of time and explained everything thoroughly. The appointment was on time and reception staff were friendly and polite. Everything I want from a dental practice.

A pleasure to see my dentist
On Saturday the 111 dentist was stuck in traffic causing a lot of annoyed patients but the receptionist dealt with them in a very calm and professional way. Amy my dentist is always a pleasure to see and puts you at ease!

Understands and comforts
I have an absolute terror of the dentist crying once I enter the room, the dentist understands and comforts and guides me so carefully and patiently they deserve a medal the size of a bin lid.

Usually the dental experience is one of anxiety, however, my dentist was pleasant made me feel at ease whilst the staff maintain their professionalism at all times I am there.
