Very friendly staff and very helpful. It was really busy so it was very warm in the waiting area. Other than that, I was dealt with very quickly.

The practice had had a new system installed so it was chaotic. I was not able to book a future appointment due to the system at the time but was told I would get a text to book it myself. I didn’t get this text and have tried since to get through on the phone to no avail. I have hung on for up to 10 mins each time I’ve tried and am unable to leave a message because the voice box of full. I am dissatisfied and not sure how I will be able to book a future appointment.

Everyone was very kind
Although I would have liked an appointment a few days earlier, I do understand that sometimes 111 has to be involved but I was pleased to be seen at my registered practice. Everyone was very kind and professional

The team were experiencing some system difficulties after recently transferring to a new system however, reception staff were brilliant and quickly got everyone checked in. The dentist I saw was great, really attentive and spoke me through my treatment plan, the system problems meant they couldn’t view X-rays but other than that everything was great 👍🏻

Very nice & welcoming
I was sent here by 111 due to a recent filling being very painful.
On arriving the Receptionist was lovely. I was called into the Dentist & she was very nice & welcoming. She explained everything that needed to be carried out.
All in all very efficient service
