Kind and went through everything with me

The dentist I saw was amazing! She was very kind and went through everything with me in detail. Very happy with the experience as usually I am very nervous and find it difficult to go to the dentist.

Highly recommended

I am really nervous going to the dentist. The reception staff were lovely. Really professional and welcoming. The dentist and the nurse put me at ease and everything went smoothly. I can honestly say that I won't be nervous next time. Highly recommended.

Disappointed

I believed that I was attending as part of check on plaque score before final decision on referral to Charles Clifford. Told it was start of new treatment and that band b treatment required, Which was carried out in less than 15 minutes.
Disappointed.

Friendly and brief you about the procedure

Staff has always been friendly and brief you about the procedure. Receptionists are good admin work and make sure everything is sorted your leave (i.e. future appointments and payments).
