Warned on arrival dentist running 10mins behind and asked if I was ok for time. When called through received apology for wait time. Dentist and assistant both friendly and made me feel at ease.

The dentist I saw was lovely
The dentist I saw was lovely and friendly and put me at ease straight away - very important for a slightly nervous patient!
My checkup was quick and efficient and the dentist explained everything she was doing and offered advice afterwards. Thank you.

Dentists and nurses are brilliant
Most of the receptionists need to go on a customer service and manners course - these cost nothing! Thank god they aren't the ones working on your teeth! The dentists and nurses are brilliant and for that only reason I will recommend the surgery! But for the love of god please teach the girls in reception manners and how to smile!!!!
