Always given good advice
Always given good advice as to how my teeth need treatment, being a person who does not relish visiting the dentist I am put at ease and my dentist takes this into account whilst caring out procedure.

Everyone is always friendly
Been coming to the practice for nearly 10 years and everyone is always friendly. Changed dentists as my usual one left the practise and the new dentist Jacob, is just as friendly as everyone else. Thanks guys, keep up the good work.

Dentist was lovely
Dentist opened at 2 o clock. My appointment was at 2 o clock. I didn't get seen to until 25 past, although the dentist was apologetic, I can't understand why, if I was the 1st appointment they was 25 mins late. Apart from that the dentist was lovely.

New dentist is amazing
When my previous dentist said he was leaving I was concerned. I have had so many bad experiences with other surgeries, I had lost all confidence. He rebuilt some of that confidence. My new dentist is amazing. She has boosted my confidence even more, I no longer dread that visit.
